Northbound...

Figuratively sales are sort of Northbound - slowly, but reasonably steadily anyway. Another thing on the increase is the number of visits the website is getting - according to Guy from Blue Spot Computers who hosts it, there has been a very big increase in hits recently, but I am a bit concerned it may be punters trawling for Prostitutes rather than on the hunt for literary excellence. Then again, I'll sell to perverts as happily as anyone else - that's diversity in the free market for you!
Final Northbound thing for this post is me! All being well I am off North next Wednesday to catch the ferry from Aberdeen to Lerwick for this year's Shetland Classic Motor Show - a wonderful event held every 2 years in the most beautiful islands on earth. I wait for this event to come round every two years, and then only get to spend 4 whole days up there, but it really is worth the wait. Of the many 'things to do before you die', visiting Shetland should be on everyone's list. Unless of course you live there, in which case go South for a bit and you'll appreciate going home even more!
